So it took a week…

Just 1 circuit of 3 miles today – my body was feeling a bit tired being thrust into everyday running has it saying “Ok buddy we need to chat” I did do this at a faster pace and focused a lot of getting my total body mechanics running together. When I hit the right alignment, the right upper body movement and a good stride it felt a lot easier to breathe through distance traveled and the recovery is picking up.
