Meeting requests and inquiries

When you submit a request, the site stores your name, email address, optional organization, engagement interest, message, timezone, and preferred meeting times. Benjamin uses this information to review your inquiry, respond, and coordinate a possible engagement. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in the form.

Calendar and email

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed meeting. If Benjamin approves a time and the calendar connection is available, your name, email address, and meeting details are shared with Google Calendar to create the event and send an invitation. Your request may also be processed by the configured email delivery service so Benjamin can respond. The public site does not show Benjamin’s calendar contents.

Hosting and security

The application stores requests in its database. Hosting and network services, including Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Owner sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Public request forms do not require an account.

Videos

Embedded YouTube videos load only after you choose to play them. Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube, which handles information under its own privacy policy. You can also choose the direct YouTube link.

Your choices

Request information is used to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement; submitting a request does not subscribe you to a mailing list. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, contact [email protected]. Information may need to be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable record-keeping obligations.

If a Meta Pixel is configured, the book page offers a choice about optional marketing cookies. Until you allow them, this integration does not load Meta’s tracking library. With your consent, Meta receives book-page views, Amazon or email link clicks, and technical information such as the page URL, browser information, and identifiers used for advertising measurement. A link click is not recorded as a completed Amazon purchase.

Your choice is saved in this browser. Use Marketing cookie settings at the bottom of the book page to change it or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future events from this integration and removes its accessible first-party Meta cookies; it cannot recall information already sent. Blocking marketing cookies does not prevent you from reading or buying the book. Do not include personal information in campaign URLs. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for how Meta handles information.

When no Pixel ID is configured, no Meta tracking or marketing-cookie prompt is loaded.
